The** Steward **is responsible for providing an overall clean and safe kitchen environment. The Steward will assume responsibilities for the cleanliness of all the dishware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment in the kitchen. The role will organize the dish area and follow all food safe regulations. The Steward is also a kitchen helper and will be responsible for assisting the cooks whenever and wherever is required.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

- Food Safe Level 1 Certification is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen is considered an asset.
