**This is an immediate position with opportunity for full time year round employment. Class 3 with air endorsement required **

**Duties include;**
- Operating A Tandem Dump Truck
- Perform Daily Pre-trip Inspections
- Experience Operating Equipment An Asset
- Overnight Snow Removal Shifts

**ABOUT TERRACE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE**:
We are a fast-growing family run company that provides businesses & homeowners property maintenance and landscaping services. We believe in serving our clients with an unmatched level of customer service through communication and quality.

Terrace Property Maintenance is now just over four years old and growing rapidly having served over 3000 clients to date. The steady growth of new clientele paired with our maintenance contracts has led to the need for additional snow removal field staff. Because of this, we are looking for an “A” team player who will work together to accomplish a common goal. This is where you come in.
