**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Upload New Business & Endorsements into Insurance Company’s Broker Portal in a timely manner.
- Follow up on incomplete Underwriting information with Broker(s)/Producer(s).
- Follow up on incomplete uploads with Insurance Company’s Underwriter.
- Forward New Business Payments to Insurance Company, along with proper Broker Memo, incld. Policy#.
- Training/Seminars mandatory as arranged by Management.
- Processing/Inputs within Binding Authority level assigned to TSR, unless otherwise specified by Managers’ discretion.
- Review for accuracy, coverages, discounts, etc. as per broker specifications
- Forwarding of inaccurate or remarketable items to Accounts Manager.
- Broker Support/Back Line; Work with producer to resolve issues
- Review for completion
- Submission to underwriting.
**Personal & Organizational **Development**:

- Keeps informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all internal and external communications, projecting a positive image for the company.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional relationship with team members, clients, and professional contacts.
