**_ What you’ll be doing:_**

Please note that since this role covers the entire Province of Ontario, we are flexible on location (preferred within the Greater GTA region).

The primary objective of the Business Development, Multi-Unit Residential Building role will be to:

- Generate qualified leads for engineering & contractor sales in the MURB market vertical
- Educate developers on innovative solutions offered by O'Dell
- Collaborate with marketing team to create marketing collateral (presentations, leaflets, etc.)
- Prospect for new opportunities in MURB market through owner & developer channels
- Actively participate in industry events to promote O’Dell HVAC Group solutions
- Develop & maintain product solutions consistent with MURB market strategy
- As required, engage with engineering and contracting sales to support prospecting activities (system selections, budgets, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.

**_Who you are:_**
- 7-10 years experience in the HVAC market. (Consulting Engineer, Sales Rep, Contractor)
- Preference will be for a P.Eng. or CET
- A self starter who enjoys prospecting for new business
- Have a very strong technical background with the ability to communicate confidently to all stakeholders in a project.
- Must have a valid driver’s license (this role covers the Province of Ontario)
