**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for general administrative support
- Answer the general phone line.
- Book patient appointments
- Respond to manager inquiries.
- Submitting ICBC reports
- Maintaining office cleanliness
- Greet visitors and patients.
- Direct visitors and patients to the appropriate office.
- Reviewing and sorting daily mail
- Order front office supplies
- Maintain patient files.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopy, transcribing, and faxing.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- High school diploma.
- Office Administration certificate and/or diploma is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Schedule**:
Full time: Monday to Friday 16-24 hours per week

**Work Environment**:

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
