Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll Hospital is actively seeking applicants for a Temporary Full Time Reduced Night Attendant for approximately up to 6 months.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Allow patients and visitors into the building
- Communicate with TDMH Communications department
- Screen patients and direct patients
- Monitor alarms
- Call in on call staff when directed by Clinical Leader

**Qualifications**:

- OSSD-Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Diploma in Police Foundations or Protection, Security and Investigation or equivalent deemed acceptable to the Hospital is preferred
- Licensed as a Security Guard in the Province of Ontario is preferred
- Previous healthcare security experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer service experience
- Able to work independently
- Excellent standards of ethical conduct, demonstrating honesty and integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent decision-making, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent work ethic and positive attitude that demonstrates AH values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other team members.
