Ortho Active is looking for a full-time Order Picker/Receiver. We need someone to ensure that our customers’ orders are picked and shipped each day. To keep things running smoothly, you will need to work efficiently and accurately, problem solve, and communicate well.

A typical day in this position might include the following:

- Picking orders (by hand)
- Packing orders in boxes
- Receiving and inspecting shipments from suppliers
- Put away orders from suppliers
- Processing returns from customers
- Contacting suppliers about defective products
- Order boxes and other warehouse supplies
- Computer/data entry for courier companies
- Inventory control
- Work closely with the customer service department
- Packaging some of our products

This job might be for you if:

- You are detail-oriented and accurate, but still able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. You pay attention to the details and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- You can communicate clearly and you are fluent in English.
- You are able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
- You have at least two years of shipping/receiving experience.
- Forklift certification is an asset (training provided).
