**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Coordinate operations for our online and in-person focus groups
- Analyze and understand the needs of our internal and external clients
- Submit bids (if external)
- Ensure that client needs are met (technical equipment, catering, product purchases, translation, note-taking and others)
- Invoice clients
- Manage your team's schedule and ensure the quality of their work
- If necessary, participate in the hiring process and train new resources for your team
- Coordinate the recruitment of individuals who participate in our focus groups, in collaboration with our suppliers (briefing them on the project, answering questions, progress updates, etc.)

- You are resourceful and autonomous
- You have the qualities required to be in charge of a team
- You are a pro at client service
- You are available to come to work at our downtown office at least 3 times a week if needed
- You can work evenings 1-2 nights a week if needed
- You are bilingual (French and English), as our clients come from across the country
