As a **Maintenance Associate** - **Part Time **at Mini Mall Storage, you will ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of our storage facilities. Your role includes cleaning, landscaping, pest control, snow removal, and maintaining brand standards. Additionally, you'll conduct security audits, report operational concerns and provide extra support as needed.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to manage unit inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of unit availability and cleanliness.
- Ensure that the facility maintains brand standards, including lighting and security camera functionality, to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Perform security audits to safeguard the facility and tenants' belongings.
- Oversee landscaping and pest control activities to maintain a clean and pest-free environment.
- Manage snow removal during inclement weather to ensure safe access for customers.
- Identify and report operational and capital concerns to the appropriate channels for prompt resolution.
- Support in the preventative maintenance of the facility by tracking and raising future maintenance opportunities to the leadership team.
- Provide extra support by assisting with customer payment processing when needed.
- Assist with DaVinci reconciliation processes, if required.
- Other job duties as assigned
**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or related field preferred.
- Attention to detail in unit inventory management and brand standards.
- Knowledge of security protocols and ability to conduct security audits.
- Ability to handle landscaping, pest control, and snow removal tasks.
- Reporting skills for OPEX/CAPEX concerns.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
