**About us**

We are a small professional property management company looking to grow. We manage small to midsize stratas in the lower mainland.

At Red Door Managment our focus is on community and building relationships with our clients, partners and employees.

Strata Manager

**Duties**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of assigned strata properties
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities using Yardi Property Management and Share Point
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners, residents, vendors, and contractors
- Monitor property budgets and expenses
- Attend meetings as required

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Familiarity with facilities management processes
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Have excellent phone etiquette, customer relationship management skills, and experience in strata property management.

**Job Type**: Permanent
