**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with residential, commercial, and industrial clients in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Northwest Ontario, and Nunavut.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and property owners to promote Penta’s spray foam, fire protection, waterproofing, and coating solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs and project specifications.
- Represent Penta at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids to secure new contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction, coatings, or protective solutions industry.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with spray foam, fireproofing, or waterproofing systems is an asset.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Western Canada as needed.
