Now you can be part of the "best 1 hour workout in the country" voted by USA Today, and scientifically backed._ - We are currently looking for energetic and qualified Sales Associates to join our team. _ - If you are someone that is enthusiastic, have GREAT sales experience, love the color orange and can organize in a fast, up beat environment..then we want to meet you._ - Sales Associates are the first people members see when they walk through the door. You must be able to deliver a high level of customer service while also promoting the values, culture and delivery standards of the Orangetheory Brand. Performance and compensation will be reflected by the Sales Associate’s ability to sell new memberships as well as their overall attitude and dedication to OTF._ **HOURS OF WORK** We are currently looking for employees to work full time days. We are looking for people with availability from 5am-5pm. The shifts will be 5am-1pm or 9am-5pm. (We will need someone to open 2 days a week and the rest of the shifts are the day shifts.) **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: As a “Sales Associate”: Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls; Establishes and maintains an effective referral program; Execute monthly promotions and events as planned by Studio Manager and owner; Books appointments for prospective members, describe benefits of OTF, studio tours, present membership options; Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets; Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio; Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems; Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area; Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients; Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns; Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs; and Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled. **QUALIFICATIONS**: Experience in a customer service, sales, or the fitness industry is an asset but not necessary; Strong communication skills; Highly organized, attention to detail and ability to multitask are a must; Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
