**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality barbering and styling services to clients, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
- Engage with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert advice on styling options. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and processing payments.
- Actively participate in retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products to clients.
- Upsell additional services or treatments to enhance the client experience.
- Mentor junior barbers/stylists by providing guidance and sharing knowledge of industry trends and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- 2 Years experience minimum.
- Proven experience in providing barbering and styling services, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on client demand.

**Salary**: $34,368.42-$84,789.85 per year
