- **About the Role**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with government agencies and officials.
- Track compliance with government policies and reporting requirements.
- Represent iSAFF in advocacy initiatives and meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a public policy, communications, or related program.
- Excellent research, writing, and public speaking skills.
- Experience with grant writing or policy analysis is preferred.
- Proficiency in G Suite and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent iSAFF’s interests effectively.

**Eligibility**:
**This position is funded in part by the Government of Canada through the Summer Jobs grant program. As a result, eligibility is limited to individuals under the age of 30.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 7 weeks

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
