As a Corporate Travel Agent at Travelpath, it is your mission to deliver exceptional customer service that upholds Travelpath’s motto - “Big Enough to Count, Small Enough to Care”.

You have superior customer service, communication skills and experience. Travelpath’s Corporate Travel Experts are responsible for recommending, reserving and managing travel arrangements for clients, focusing on excellent service while adhering to internal and customer protocols to ensure the successful management of client costs and productivity with preferred vendors.

Travelpath considers your life work balance by 3 days working in the office and 2 days from home. For an employee that commuting is not practical the position would be 100% from home.

**DESIRED SKILS**
- TICO Certified. If responding from Quebec certification is easy
- Embrace technology and view it as a tool to supplement personal service
- Good corporate travel supplier knowledge (airlines, hotel and car vendors)
- Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual French/English an important asset
- Knowledge of Sabre, Concur Travel and Certify Travel is an asset
- Team focused

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide appropriate flight, hotel, car recommendations and options, pricing, itinerary information and required travel documentation.
- Reserve, ticket and manage all aspects of a client’s trip including requested changes, schedule adjustments and cancellations
- Utilize Sabre GDS and supplier websites
- Provide support to clients utilizing Concur Travel or Certify Travel
- Manage client profile data
- Keep up-to-date on Travelpath and Client preferred suppliers and products, news, weather and politics
- Cultivate good relationship with clients, suppliers and our Travelpath team

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
