This position may be based at any of our offices; however you must be willing to travel regularly to any of the other sites covered by the Corporation, (St-Catharines, Cornwall, Brossard and St -Lambert) in order to meet with your clients. Also, Human Resources Services team members serve an English-speaking and French-speaking clientele so the person chosen must be preferably bilingual.
We are expanding our HR team, see this opportunity and play a key role in HR
Reporting to the HR Operations team, you will follow up and participate in the advancement of the training plan with the various stakeholders and ensure the optimal development of the Training module of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role is a key part of the HR team to be a functional and technical reference for its sector.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of applicable procedures and rules related to the administration of HR programs and how it relates to other high level HR processes.
- Collect data from the information systems (Connexions, SAP) and/or external sources and organize in order to perform various analyses.
- Participate in defining audit activities and subsequent execution of audit.
- Research and recommend metrics to be implemented for various HR programs.
- Assist with monitoring of the HR Departments ability to meet its commitment under its Service Level Agreements.
- Work with various partners to bring improvements/automation to processes and tools.

**Experience and knowledge**:
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in Human Resources or related business administration field.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, HR corporate policies and procedures, and work practices with respect to performing duties.
**Education**:
- University degree or College diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field
**Certifications**:
**Hours of work**:37.5 per week
**Salary range:$ 83 000$ - 88 000$**
