We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and awesome individual to join our Implementation team.

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining and updating ClearDent's products on customer properties. The employee in this role will also deliver ClearDent products to new customers collaborating with others on the team.

**The Role**
- Deploy ClearDent's software and other related software for clients
- Perform server migrations including backing up and restoring databases, images, and attached files for the clients
- Verify the customer's infrastructure meets our hardware specification before deployment
- Customize the system settings in ClearDent and related products based on the customer's objective and business needs
- Support customers and Implementation Specialists needing urgent technical assistance
- Maintain accurate activity records in our CRM system
- Other duties as may be required and assigned by the Implementation Manager.

**What You Bring**
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Workstation/Server OS's and Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge or experience in the dental industry is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus
- Understanding of Firewall software and principle
- General knowledge of networking such as the TCP/IP stack

**Work Environment**
- Working outside of regular business hours may be required
