**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and efficiency are key. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining food safety standards.

**Duties**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Assist customers by taking orders, providing menu information, and upselling additional items to enhance their dining experience.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and assist where needed in various kitchen tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
