This role is for **PME Inc. **(an EllisDon Company)**
**You as a Superintendent will**:
- Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned
- Provide leadership and training to General Foreman, Foreman and other field staff
- Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely
- Plan the construction function to establish an affective organization.
- Direct the overall construction program of the project
- Ensure project is meeting construction schedule
- Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity on site
**Is this the right role for you?**
- A minimum of 10 years civil earthworks construction experience is required with a minimum of 5 years experience in a Superintendent role
- Strong communication skills
- Must have Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS-09) Certificate, WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance Level II, and Leadership for Safety Excellence
