**What You’ll Do**:
Reporting to the Director, Community & Protective Services, and the Staff Sergeant, the RCMP Municipal Supervisor will supervise municipal employees within the Strathmore RCMP detachment, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality service delivery. This role requires the Supervisor to handle complex issues, manage workflow, recruit & train staff, and also provide essential front-line support, when needed. The Supervisor will display a commitment to confidentiality, effective leadership, and the ability to contribute to a dynamic police environment.

**Successful applicants will demonstrate on their resume**:

- Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain an RCMP Enhanced Level Security Clearance. Possessing a current clearance would be an asset.
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, conflict management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient and accurate computer skills
- Knowledge of the RCMP and judicial court and legal systems is highly desirable
- Experience assisting in court related duties, including compilation of legal documents and court briefs is preferred
