**Qui êtes-vous ?**

Nous recherchons un(e)
**expéditeur(trice)/réceptionnaire** avec un
**permis de chariot élévateur** valide qui rendra compte au directeur des installations et sera responsable du chargement, du déchargement, de l'expédition, de la réception, des vérifications ponctuelles, du tri et du stockage des colis dans un environnement au rythme rapide. Vous pourrez également être amené à utiliser des machines lourdes pour accomplir vos tâches.

**Who are you?**

We are looking for an Office Manager will report to the
**President** and be responsible for creating and maintaining our office operations and experience.

**Responsabilités / Responsibilities**:

- As anOffice Manager, you will be in charge of supporting the following areas and activities within our office environment:

- Ensure we offer a welcoming experience to our employees, clients, and visitors.
- Support H&R in the onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Keep the office information up to date and prepare and coordinate communications and mail delivery.
- Organize onsite events
- Manage the access control user database.
- Make sure we have all supplies and services needed to have the office up and running.
- Evaluate the performance of our suppliers.
- Ensure the office Facilities are kept cleaned and under proper maintenance.
- Support Fit out and refurbishment projects happening onsite
- Promote recycling and composting
