ROBINSON’s Project Coordinator is a key role as it acts as the liaison between Customers, Outside Sales, Sales Consultants, Vendors, and the internal ROBINSON teams. The Project Coordinator uses their organization, communication, problem solving abilities, and customer service skills to ensure an easy & enjoyable experience for all stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with experience in the plumbing and/or lighting industry, with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects at once, and top-notch customer service skills, to join our team
**What You Will Do**:
You are the go-to Working with Outside Sales, Showroom Sales Consultants, customers, and vendors to ensure a seamless process with product selection, quotes, sourcing, order management, and after-sales support.
You will contribute to the success of the Showroom by growing relationships with account clients, vendors, and the ROBINSON team
You will be an expert on ROBINSON product lines and stay on top of design & industry trends allowing you to produce spec books and provide consultation support when required
You will deliver professional, responsive, and personable interactions that ensure a great experience for customers in all stages of the process
You are able to build internal & external relationships to better the customer experience and reinforce a long-term relationship with ROBINSON
You will assist in facilitating meetings to discuss project progress, address issues and ensure alignment on project goals
**About You**:
You have a background in interior design or prior experience working in a lighting or plumbing showroom. Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in a related industry is a strong asset

You are detailed orientated, responsive, and resourceful
You are able to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines and have an innate ability to identify roadblocks and execute solutions
