- 100,000 sq. ft. Manufacturing Facility in San Luis Potosi, SLP, Mexico

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Receive and follow direction from Shift Supervisor
- Ensure and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Receive instructions form and to be rotated on other Robotic Welders to
- Work with other team members and Management to improve welding and inspections speeds and reduce scrap.
- Adhere to all obligations and requirements under Section 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Work in compliance with IATF 16949, S5 and all other company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company tooling, processes, methods, customer and supplier information and business.
- Keep abreast of, informing management about new technologies and methods.
- Perform other duties as required by Department Manager or General Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate weld/ assembly equipment.
- Operate resistance welding equipment.
- Operate tube forming/secondary operation equipment. Check parts using process sheet and checking fixture.
- Complete all necessary paperwork affiliated with production.
- Maintain a high standard of quality product.
- Meet production schedules.
- Alert Weld Technician/Supervisor of any quality concerns.

**BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING DUTIES**:
**The tasks outlined below should be performed within ½ hour. The Supervisor must be informed if the problem is not resolved within this time frame. The Supervisor will make the necessary disposition.**
- Bring Robot Home
- Replace Sensor
- Change tips as required.
- Adjust weld penetration and weld undercut as needed.
- list the tasks completed on the welders in the Logbook

**Working Conditions**:

- Will be required to work at any time when warranted by customer requirements or internal challenges.
- Exposure to noise while working in the plant.
- Manufacturing plant environment with stamping presses, welding, assembly and material handling equipment.

Location - Brampton

Shift - Day/Afternoon/Day

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
