**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and appointment details.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and filed appropriately.

**Follow-up**:

- Address any post-service concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Service Advisement**:

- Provide basic information on automotive services, maintenance, and pricing to customers.
- Advise customers on recommended services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle history.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and other team members to optimize workflow and improve customer service processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
