**Window Coverings Style Consultant**

**Training provided

**Duties**:

- Provide in-home consultations with client's interested in custom window coverings, blinds, and drapery.
- Suggest and assist in the selection of window treatment products for clients such as Roller Shades, Wood Blinds, Shutters, Zebra Blinds, Panel Tracks. Vertical Blinds, Honeycomb Blinds... and more
- Write detailed orders with technical data
- Accurately measure and price customers selections in-home and load them to a digital quotation system
- Driver's licensea must, as driving to and from appointments will be required
- Passport required as some international traveMay be required for training and company events
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Training will require style consulrants to spend some time assisting with installations, and product assembly to reach a well rounded knowledge of our products
- Some travel out of town may be required for up to 1 week at a time for training from time to time
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Assist and work with installation team members to ensure the accurate execution of order delivery to match customer expectations
- Operate CRM, payment systems, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales vehicle and sample kit
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Staff use vehicles with daily/monthly vehicle allowance is optional
- Work hours may be flexible. minimum 36 hours per week of availability required
- We have multiple pay structures available

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/French) are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in technical sales a plus
- Knowledge of decor products and ability to sell them is an advantage
- Excellent self motivation, organizational, and time management skills a must

**Salary**: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
