Soscia Architects and Engineers is a privately owned architectural and multidisciplinary engineering firm providing consulting, designing and project management services that surpass our client’s expectations.

Soscia Architects and Engineers was established in 1992 as a professional engineering company and has now expanded into a full service consulting firm.

Our team of highly trained, architects and engineers assist clients with all aspects of design including; architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and sprinkler.

Our experienced architects and technologists work alongside our planners and landscape architects on developments of all sizes.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Reporting of the following directly to the CEO._
- Monitoring daily progress of Projects
- Prepare design contracts and proposals
- Provide detailed project updates to CEO
- Preparation of letters and reports
- Monitoring employee’s time sheets
- Managing the time sheets with regards to the project cost and budget
- Assisting book keeper in invoicing
- Ensure the team members are keeping their assigned tasks and they are within the
budget limits
- Budget preparation and scheduling the tasks
- Planning meetings, organizing project logistics
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Should have a background of Engineering/ Architecture
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Should have advanced knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Positive attitude

Job type: Full time

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
