Primary responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Work with agents and Brand & Marketing Director to create and distribute brochures, maps, infographics and other marketing materials based on Frontline’s brand standards and existing templates
- Add and maintain listings, projects and past transactions on FLRE.ca
- Add and maintain listings on online marketing channels
- Order and maintain marketing signage
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media (write and schedule social media posts, create simple graphics based on Canva templates or Illustrator, research hashtags and trends, read news articles, manage digital advertising)
- Write and edit marketing copy for brochures and other marketing materials
- Research, write, edit and upload blog posts
- Support Brand & Marketing Director with audience segmentation management (mailing lists, CRM management etc.)
- Support Brand & Marketing Director with product/material/equipment research
- Maintain relationships with suppliers
- Create visual reports for Brand & Marketing Director and agents
- Attend marketing meetings with each division and run meetings as required
- Perform any other duties related to their position as directed by the Brand & Marketing Director

Education / Qualifications / Experience
- Completion of post-secondary marketing degree or certificate (or comparable experience)
- Experience with social media and video viral content (specifically TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram reels)
- 1-2 years of experience working in a marketing role
- Experience working in a professional business environment
- Copywriting experience or willingness to learn
- Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (with an emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator and photo editing)
- Proficient in Canva
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 programs
- Experience managing website content in WordPress
- Digital marketing experience including social media, digital ads, SEO and/or content marketing
- Experience using Salesforce and/or other CRM programs
- Experience using Wrike and/or other project management software
