**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and vendor management.
- Assist in human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team management.
- Maintain accurate records of budgets and assist in budgeting processes as needed.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support office operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills are essential.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
- Experience in team management or supervising staff is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in budgeting practices and vendor management is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $16.55-$23.00 per hour
