Weishaupt Design Group is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Seasonal Grounds Labourer to support the grounds and facilities operations of their Yellow Wood property, located in the Caledon area of Ontario. Reporting to the Grounds Manager, Yellow Wood to help with the day-to-day maintenance and continual development of the 90-acre property 45 minutes north of Toronto.

Yellow Wood Grounds Labourer

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Groundskeeping crew on a daily basis
- Weekly Grass Cutting of the property
- Operate landscape machinery in a safe manner
- Assisting in landscaping maintenance work as needed
- Helping to maintain both the flower and vegetable gardens as needed
- Ensure all assigned tasks are done within the appropriate timeline
- Maintaining general upkeep of the property
- Ensuring proper disposal of garbage and debris from the property
- Other duties assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Team player with a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and punctual
- Valid G-Class driver's license or higher
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
