**Responsibilities**
**Bookkeeping/Administrative**
- Recording entries into Quickbooks
- Generating and issuing invoices in Quickbooks
- Perform weekly cash and bank reconciliations
- Bank Deposits
- Maintain record keeping, database and file management for all contacts, contracts, invoices, policies, assets etc.
- Payroll
- Open for Multitasking in fast paced environment.
**Assets**:
- A Degree or Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping preferred.
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
