We continue to expand our showroom spaces to provide exceptional customer experiences.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Store Manager to join our team. As the Showroom Store Manager of our Toronto, ON location, you will be responsible for overseeing our showroom sales associates, ensuring team harmony, managing schedules, maintaining the showroom in its best condition, and ensuring that the showroom meets its monthly sales targets. A significant part of this role involves developing and growing the business by building connections and relationships with vendors and business partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Team Management:

- Supervise and lead the showroom sales associates, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to maximize the potential of each team member.
- Manage employee schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage to meet customer demand and operational requirements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance-related issues.

Showroom Operations:

- Maintain the showroom in an impeccable condition, ensuring visual merchandising is executed to the highest standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the appropriate departments to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
- Oversee sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement loss prevention measures and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Sales Performance:

- Set sales targets and closely monitor the showroom's performance against those targets.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase showroom traffic and customer engagement.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to effectively position our brand in the market.

Vendor and Business Partner Relations:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners to secure favorable terms, pricing, and exclusive offerings.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely product deliveries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Continuously seek new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our brand presence and offerings.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in showroom or retail management, preferably in the furniture or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and team members.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience working with inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of current market trends and a passion for design and home furnishings.
