Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Maternity Leave Contract Financial Services Representative to join our team at Petrie Ford, a leading Ford dealership in Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for providing our customers with a range of financial products and services that meet their needs and enhance their overall buying experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding financing and leasing options, extended warranties, and insurance products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, insurance companies, and other service providers to ensure we offer the best possible products and services to our customers.
- Conduct credit checks and other financial assessments to determine customers' eligibility for financing and leasing.
- Negotiate and finalize sales and lease agreements with customers, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood.
- Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the ownership experience, including assistance with payment options, insurance claims, and other financial matters.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of professionalism and customer service.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to financing, leasing, and insurance products.
- Valid OMVIC certification and driver's license.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
