**Who we are**:
Remote kitchen is a Saas(software as a service) company to empower each restaurant to be able to accomplish the digitalization transformation. If the restaurant doesn't have any presence on any food delivery platform, Remote Kitchen will help you to show up on the food delivery platform at our own cost and gain more orders online. If the restaurant is already registered on some food delivery platform, we can still help you to have more than one virtual brand in the same food delivery platform to gain more exposure. We don’t charge any service fee from our partners because we believe in our partner restaurants’ power to represent their communities and provide delicious, eclectic meals to their ever-ravenous customers at scale. Currently we have just completed the pre-seed fund raising from Ginkgo Capital, now we are in the progress of 200 million dollar fundraising with 15 million valuations.

**Responsibilities**:
A customer success intern provides administrative and clerical assistance to a customer success or customer service team. Your duties in this career include drafting or revising marketing communications, answering inbound phone calls from customers, helping customers to resolve issues with products or services, providing them with additional information about their products, and directing them to useful resources about the brand. As the customer success intern, your responsibilities may include performing clerical work, such as filing, reviewing reports, assisting with the improvement of workflow and efficiency, and ensuring that the team can function smoothly
