**Job Overview**
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while showcasing your creativity and expertise in hair styling.

**Duties**:

- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide professional recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the salon environment to ensure a safe experience for all clients.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques through ongoing education and training.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in various hair styling techniques with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences.
- Strong attention to detail in both styling and sanitation practices.
- Ability to upsell services and products while maintaining a positive client experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring each client feels valued and appreciated.
- Experience with front desk operations is a plus, including appointment scheduling and client management.
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies to promote salon products effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
