**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform a range of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient management, record keeping, and treatment planning.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Maintain compliance with all health regulations and safety protocols within the dental office.

**Requirements**:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software; experience with Epic is advantageous.
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is desirable for working with younger patients.
- Familiarity with CAD technology for restorative procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care while ensuring patient comfort throughout treatments.
