We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Coordinator. In this role, you will be assisting the Quality Manager’s implementation of the company’s quality management strategies.

To succeed in this position, you must offer quality support, from the planning stage to the completion of the process. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to make last-minute decisions effectively. In addition to this, you should have in-depth knowledge of the quality process and proven experience with interpreting statistics and research data.
- Document various quality control policies;
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to quality issues;
- Implement quality improvement strategies;
- Identify and record quality problems;
- Analyze statistical data as required;
- Assist in quality internal audits;
- Resolve any issues and discrepancies;
- Work cross functionally with internal business units and coordinate with external customers;
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the company;
- Coordinate quality training sessions as required;
- Maintain records as required.
- When it just clicksDoes this sound like you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science or Math, or any relevant field;
- Proven work experience as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance Analyst, or a similar role in consulting services;
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO 9001-2015 compliancy (mandatory);
- Professional American Society for Quality Control (ASQC) (nice to have);
- Demonstrate the ability to pay close attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
