**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities:

- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare patients for physician visits, including taking vitals, updating medical history, and ensuring exam rooms are ready
- Maintain and manage medical inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed
- Operate and maintain autoclave equipment, ensuring all instruments are properly sterilized and documented according to protocol
- Ensure patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Medical Office Assistant Certificate or Diploma required
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical or medical office setting - preferred
- Experience working with multiple physicians or providers simultaneously
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in operating autoclave equipment and understanding of sterilization protocols
- Knowledge of medical terminology, patient prep procedures, and clinical workflows
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
