We are a busy dynamic healthcare team that includes: Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic care. We have been helping the people since 1996 and currently have 10 locations. **In This Role, You Will**: - You will benefit from online learning in all areas of social media through the Clinic Accelerator Program. - **We will invest in your training for your team... If you love learning, you’ll love it here...** - Your top priority is to be acquiring new patient leads by increasing brand awareness with content marketing and social media - We have photos and video content to help you create sharable content on social media - Collaborate with our entire team therapist to create engaging content, webinars, blogs, and newsletters. - Execute on SEO strategy to drive more organic traffic in the lower mainland - Serve as a brand enthusiast for Medrehab Group Physiotherapy - Answer phones and greet patients - Schedule appointments and focus on patient retention - Conduct re-activation and fall off patient calls **About You**: - 1 to 2 years in social media marketing - Able to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision, and in collaboration with team members - You have a strong track record of hitting lead generation targets and working with sales to hit and beat company goals - You are a strategic, analytical and well rounded marketer who thrives in getting things done - You have previous video editing experience - You have experience with Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and Google My Business - Experience in inbound and content marketing - Excellent in telling stories and copywriting - You have a passion for growth "hacking" marketing - You must be high energy, coachable, adaptable, and collaborative. - Street smarts required **Platform Experience**: - Mail chimp - Wordpress - Active Campaigns - Facebook Ads - Google Analytics - Canva Graphics Design - Zoom Webinars **The Perks** - Excellent opportunity for growth within the organization - expansion and management - Competitive base salary - You will learn more in your first 3 months than you probably ever have before - Opportunity to be a part of a Multidisciplinary Healthcare company PLEASE SEND RESUME and answer the following: 1) What was the best marketing project that you initiated? 2) What three words would your previous boss have use to describe yourself? 3) What would you like to achieve over the next 12 months? **Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Schedule: - 4 hour shift - Every Weekend - Monday to Friday **Education**: - AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required) **Experience**: - Front desk: 2 years (required) - social media marketing: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
