We’re currently hiring for a **Technical Support Analyst**for our **Marketing department.** There’s more to any job than words on a page, but the focus of this role is updating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) for approved and submitted sales orders within the organization’s ERP systems, to enable the accurate and efficient production of both standard and customized products. On any given day, the **Technical Support Analyst** is responsible for:

- Manage BOMs in Syteline ERP, ensuring accuracy in product specifications and manufacturing data.
- Interpret CAD drawings to verify components and ensure alignment with production needs.
- Collaborate across departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to validate BOM feasibility.
- Process Engineering Approval (EA) requests, track data in Excel & QuickBase, and recommend improvements.
- Draft & update CAD drawings for standard and custom products, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain ERP accuracy, troubleshoot system issues, and perform regression testing.
- Support continuous improvement by refining workflows and standardizing BOM structures.

- Diploma in Architecture, Drafting, Design, or Engineering Technology.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support, engineering coordination, or manufacturing data management, preferably in a manufacturing or product customization setting.
- BOM management expertise with ERP systems (Syteline, SAP, Oracle).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with the ability to interpret and update engineering drawings.
- Experience in window and door manufacturing (preferred but not required).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and quoting systems.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and ability to work across multiple software programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
