**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials including shingles, tiles, and metal.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for roofing tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions for restoration or repair.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
- Execute concrete forming, masonry work, and trim carpentry as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is essential.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with carpentry, plumbing, welding, tile laying, and metal stud framing is advantageous.
- Background in maintenance person services or remodeling projects will be considered a plus.
- Ability to operate various tools including caulking guns and fabrication equipment effectively.
