We are looking for a Full-Time and Part-Time Support Staff to join our dynamic team at Roses Cocina, located at Hotel X, Toronto
- Roses Cocina_ will feature an all day kitchen serving modern American faire. At its core, the Cocina is the heart of a Latin American home, where love and hospitality intersect. Roses Cocina will represent this vision and deliver a fundamentally bold and fresh experience.

As a Support Staff, you ensure our guests have a pleasurable dining experience, while providing friendly and prompt table-side services to our guests. You’ll work in collaboration with all team members to ensure a smooth operation and guest experience.

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables
- Act as a point of contact between Front of House and Back of House staff
- Communicate orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests
- Assist Servers with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins
- Ensure food is server in accordance with safety standards (e.g proper temperature)
- Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils
- Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items

**What You’ll Need **
- Proven experience as a food runner or host in a luxury or fast-paced environment
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $18.25 per hour
