At ROLL’D Cannabis Co. we are a family-owned and operated, fast-paced recreational cannabis store that strives to provide our guests with an exceptional level of service to guide them through their cannabis shopping experience.

ROLL’D Cannabis Co. is currently seeking an outgoing, driven, and passionate individual to join the team in the role of a Cannabis Retail Associate. This role requires you to be engaging, friendly, patient, and compassionate with each guest and tailor their experience to their needs. This role also requires a passion of the plant itself and educating others on how they can incorporate it into their lifestyle.

Job Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and take ID from guests
- Provide information on products to ensure proper selection that will best suit their needs
- Maintain a welcoming environment for guests as well as other staff
- Complete sales with accuracy and tidiness
- Restocking product when necessary
- Maintaining a clean space throughout the day
- Continual development of knowledge surrounding products and the industry as a whole

Job Requirements
- 1 year experience in a retail environment, with exceptional customer service
- Cash handling experience
- Passion for cannabis and breaking the stigma surrounding its use
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Police background check, CannSell (upon hiring)
- Knowledge of product, brands, current/past trends in the cannabis industry is considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
