**Job Title**: Part-Time Baker
**Schedule**: Monday - Thursday (8-hour shifts), with very occasional weekend coverage
**Location**: Good Grief Coffee Roasters, Thornbury, ON

**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a passionate and creative **Part-Time Baker** to join our team and bring delicious, high-quality baked goods to life. This role is ideal for someone who loves early mornings, working with their hands, and isn’t afraid to experiment with new recipes and flavours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of pastries each week, including croissants, doughnuts, Danishes, muffins, and more
- Bake fresh goods daily for café service
- Innovate new pastry flavours and assist in product development
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Ensure consistency and quality across all baked products
- Occasionally assist with weekend coverage, as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous baking or pastry experience preferred (professional or home-based)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Creative mindset with a love for experimenting in the kitchen
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Previous barista experience beneficial but not necessary
