We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ECE Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for early childhood education and a strong desire to support the development of children in a classroom setting. The Assistant will work closely with educators to create a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters learning and growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Support lead educators in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Assist in supervising children during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Provide caregiving support, including helping with meals, hygiene, and other daily routines.
- Engage with children in play and educational activities to promote their development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships.
- Observe and document children's progress and behavior as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience or education in early childhood education is preferred.
- Strong understanding of caregiving principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a classroom setting with children of various ages.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Previous experience in childcare or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
