Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with drivers to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and track the progress of shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve logístical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including delivery confirmations and driver information.
- Respond promptly to driver inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Utilize dispatch software to manage and update shipment information.
- Assist in the resolution of any disruptions or delays in the transportation process.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

- Office Administration diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Prior experience in logistics or dispatch is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry practices is a plus.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Calgary, AB T3N 2A4 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Calgary, AB T3N 2A4: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
