**About the Role**
We are seeking an organized and proactive **Branch Administrator** to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth branch operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting branch activities, and fostering strong relationships with customers and vendors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient branch operations.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, professionally assisting clients and the public and ensuring inquiries are resolved or forwarded appropriately.
- Prepare and process invoices for Direct Order billings with attention to detail.
- Manage and process customer returns promptly and accurately.
- Expedite purchase orders and maintain up-to-date delivery schedules to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve delivery issues or shortages.
- Assist with daily invoicing tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Reconcile and verify cash sales transactions.
- Process non-stock and defective product returns to vendors in a timely manner.
- Issue customer credits and rebills as needed, ensuring clear documentation.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and support branch operations as required.
**What We’re Looking For**

- Problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous administrative or office experience (experience in the electrical or wholesale industry is an asset).
