Calgary, Canada Equation Staffing Solutions. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Connect with customers on past-due accounts to collect payment
- Maintain professional and detailed correspondence with stakeholders
- Ensure accurate data entry to maintain running logs of correspondence and the status of accounts
- Facilitate and document any payment arrangements with customers
- Prepare files, respond to general inquiries

**Requirements**:

- 2 + years experience in a similar role is required
- Proficiency in French, as well as English, would be well-regarded
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Highly analytical, problem-solver who takes initiative
