Dishwasher/kitchen Helper

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality. The Kitchen Helper will play a vital part in food preparation, cleaning, and assisting with daily kitchen tasks to ensure smooth restaurant or hotel operations.

**Duties**
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing equipment
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Support the culinary team with ingredient organization and storage
- Assist with serving food to guests or customers as needed
- Ensure all kitchen tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic work environment

**Skills**
- Experience in food handling, food preparation, or cooking is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures within a restaurant or hotel setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or hotel operations is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food service and kitchen operations

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 18 per week
