Fragrance Demonstrator

The role of fragrance Demo supports and contributes to the Michel Germain Parfum productivity and profitability through delivering excellent customer service, building brand awareness and developing a regular client base.

Utililize all Michel Germain tools( SPH report, Seasonal Programs, Press Kit, Company Website) to ensure overall knowledgeable and customer experience.

Build client base, track best selling days/times, manage gift with purchase.

Communicate inventory needs in a timely manner.

Follow rules and regulations of Management.

MUST BE AVAILABLE-Christmas season/Valentines week/Mothers and Fathers Day and week leading up to day.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of direct fragrance related sales.

Proven track record of building clientele and increasing sales.

Strong communicator, organized and strong ability to develop and maintain great working relationship with Management and support teams.

**Salary**: $23.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Product demonstration/sales: 2 years (preferred)
