**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate and monitor Swiss Lathes,
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to operate machines accurately.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and basic math skills
- Collaborate with team members in the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating CNC Swiss Lathes (Star specifically)
- Skilled in use of micrometer, height gauge and calipers, and Optical Comparator
- Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Experience with quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding logistics related to production.
- Solid understanding of machining processes and manufacturing practices.
- Worked in AS9100 or ISO 9001:2008 certified environment

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
